One-quarter share of grass-finished beef from Turtle Springs Farm in Longmont. Each share contains 120-130 lbs of beef which is cut and packaged as instructed. Turtle Springs Farm beef is hormone and antibiotic free Black Angus cattle, raised on local organic pastures in Boulder County (no chemical fertilizers) and grass-fed their natural diet. Grass finished meat has nearly 3 times the Omega-3 fatty acids in addition to increased vitamin E and lower calories. Turtle Springs cows have been raised and cared for with compassion.

To aide further tenderness and flavor, the meat is aged for 21 days in a cooler prior to cutting and packaging. You have control over what cuts of meat you want, how you want it cut and how you want it packaged.
